My name is Gina, and I am a certified personal trainer by ACE, an expert in fitness nutrition, and a certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach through GGS.

I assist women with the following aims:
1. Overcoming the obstacle of strength training for fat loss.
2. Forming a wholesome mindset and comprehension about nutrition.
3. Emphasizing the significance of biofeedback habits and consistency, such as sleep, hydration, stress, libido, and more.
4. Avoiding excessive cardio.

I utilize resistance training techniques with my clients to build lean mass, resulting in fat loss. Regardless of whether you are a pregnant or postpartum mom, a bride-to-be, preparing for an event, or only seeking a routine to make fitness a continuous aspect of your life, I am here to help you reach your goals Safely and effectively.

I enjoy creating custom programs for my clients and can work with minimal equipment. Based on your preference, I collaborate with my clients online and/or in person. I require that all clients have a yoga mat and a set of resistance bands to start with.

My method is straightforward: resistance training + calorie deficit (burning more calories than you consume) = fat loss. You don't need a gym, magical pills, waist trainers, bars, or severe crash diets. I keep the exercises simple since they always work. I don't create workouts to entertain clients with new moves only for the wow effect. The workouts are based on the fundamental lifts: Squat, Deadlift, Overhead Press, and Bench Press, complemented with mobility and flexibility exercises tailored to the client's individual needs.

When I train with Gina, my objectives are to increase my strength, gain muscle mass and weight, and maintain a consistent fitness routine by regularly going to the gym.
