In a surprisingly short time, Tim exhibited remarkable responsiveness and finished the task promptly! At first, we only requested the elimination of a concrete slab, but Tim went beyond our expectations by proposing to level the entire yard and getting rid of annoying roots and minor trees. I strongly suggest him!

Despite lacking any prior knowledge in grading and landscaping, Tim was able to advise us on how to achieve our grading objectives.
