I am extremely disappointed with Premier Water Purification and their lack of accountability for their work. Despite spending over $5,000 with them, my water has had a foul odour for less than a month following the system installation. Here is a breakdown of my experience with them. On July 7th, during the installation of the softener system, the technician suggested replacing the current PVC piping for an additional $150 on top of the $4,800 I had already paid. Everything seemed to be working perfectly until July 23rd, when I noticed water was blowing out of the top. I contacted Doyle, the company representative, and was informed that a piece of tubing had become disconnected, causing the issue. He claimed it wasn't a big deal as the shooting water should only last for ten minutes during the regeneration process. I found the fallen piece of tubing, reattached it and reset the GFIC breaker. However, Doyle seemed surprised that the system regenerated at 8 AM, which prompted me to check and discover that the screen on the control head was blank. I reset the GIFC and hoped that the issue was resolved. Doyle promised to replace the faulty tubing when he returned to town. On July 27th, my neighbour informed me that water was blowing out the top of the softener system again. I reattached the tubing temporarily and purchased a new piece from the hardware store to fix it myself. However, I noticed that the system screen was flashing "regen today" and the red light on the ozone generator was out. I contacted Doyle via text to notify him of the issue but received no response. The following day, my wife called Doyle, who promised to check the system once he completed a job in Cape Coral on the 29th, but we never heard back from him. It's disappointing that on the back of a ten-year warranty on parts, Premier Water no longer values me as a customer once the installation and payment are completed. As it's been less than 30 days since the installation, I will approach another company to evaluate and rectify the issues with the system as I'm tired of chasing and waiting for Premier Water Purification to fix the system.
