Our services include marquee rentals, custom balloon designs, and more to help bring your decor vision to life. Please note that balloon decor requires 2 weeks' notice. However, even for last minute events, marquee letters/numbers are available.

To book our services, please follow the below steps:

1. Complete the “Contact Us” form entirely on our website – we cannot proceed without all necessary information.

2. Send us at least 1-2 inspiration pictures via email or text to ensure we bring your vision to life.

3. Wait for 24-48 hours for us to respond to your inquiry with follow up questions and an invoice.

4. Review the invoice and confirm your booking.

5. Pay a retainer equal to 50% of the total cost for securing the date and time within 24 hours.

6. Discuss the specifics/details of event decor with our decorator.

7. Pay the final payment 2 weeks before the event.

8. Enjoy your custom decor and have a great event!
