Greetings! I'm Nicole, and I'm pleased you've expressed interest in my services at Healthy Vibe Healthy Life. I'm excited to collaborate with you on your wellness journey!

My education includes Culinary Arts Training and a BA in Health and Wellness, with a focus on Nutrition Science. I'm also a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor. I currently teach a variety of classes, including Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Barre, Strength and Conditioning, Killer Core and Glutes, and Aqua Aerobics at Chuze Fitness in Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire. I offer private, personalized instruction at a location of your choosing.

I've worked with diverse clients and groups, including those seeking weight loss and weight gain, individuals with Parkinson's disease or a history of drug and alcohol addiction, those with mental health concerns or eating disorders, transgender individuals, teens, and young adults. Additionally, I've trained athletes in Football, La Crosse, Basketball, and Golf.

My services also include Personal Training with customized nutrition coaching, focused on finding the right macros to achieve your goals and evaluate your nutrition for success.

Greetings, I want to share my feedback about the incredible trainer, Nicole. After my double lung transplant, I reached out to her for assistance in gaining and strengthening my muscles. Nicole trained me for my entire body, introducing me to innovative and novel exercise routines. She also acknowledged my limitations, as recommended by my medical team, and included them in our workouts. Now, with her guidance and support, I weigh 130 pounds, have built muscles, and even possess a posterior that I adore flaunting in my snug workout pants and jeans. Nicole has been a lifesaver for my husband and me! We hired her twice a week to guide us through yoga, acupressure (to address my husband's chronic back pain), and nutritional counseling. To our delight, she far exceeded our expectations. During our initial meeting, she took thorough notes and attentively listened to our concerns, prevailing health status, lifestyle habits, and fitness objectives. Her background as a nutritionist was particularly reassuring for me, given that few doctors give nutrition enough attention in relation to physical health. Nicole prioritizes wholesome nutrition as the foundation of overall wellness and emphasizes the impact of diet on physical wellbeing. Nicole's yoga methodology blends stretching and strength-building features. She offered crisp directives on posture and technique and brought her own equipment, including blocks and Pilates bands for each of us. I admired Nicole's unwavering encouragement and belief in our capability to perform challenging exercises and poses. She even guided me into an inverted posture, which instilled immense pride in me. Her yoga training not only develops strength and focus but also cultivates an understanding of the body parts that act as balancing anchors. During a conversation, we once shared our love for swimming but lacked access to a pool. Nicole texted us a website that provided pools for hire, similar to Airbnb! She genuinely cared about our wellbeing and went above and beyond to inspire us to lead a healthy lifestyle. In summary, Nicole's compassionate demeanor, impressive expertise, and unique approach have made us more aware of our health. We are disappointed to move out of the area and cannot continue training with Nicole. However, we highly endorse her as a trainer - she is truly a gem!
