I got the specialty lock of my Pella door repaired and was worried that I might have to replace the entire mechanism because of its unique nature (double door with a special locking system). However, I saved a lot of money compared to the cost of Pella replacement parts and the installation expenses. The service was quick and the staff was friendly.
