Maintaining convenience is a top priority for me, which is why I choose to exercise at home. I have no excuses or distractions from going to the gym. Michael provides me with a great deal of motivation, even though I am over 65. Every week, we have two FaceTime sessions ranging from 30 to 45 minutes where we focus on core, weight training, and cardio. I supplement these workouts with other routines such as bicycling, swimming, and yardwork. Michael also offers recommendations for food choices and diet, which rounds out the complete fitness package. Although my weight loss of 12 pounds isn't significant, I am more toned and have lost inches. Moreover, I feel great emotionally and have more energy for working and upkeeping a healthy lifestyle. This program helps me take care of myself amid an ever-changing world.

Working alongside Michael was a delight, despite being somewhat out of shape myself (27m) and not a hardcore athlete. Our initial phone conversation involved discussing my fitness levels and objectives. I felt comfortable talking to him right away, expressing my primary aim of engaging his services to improve my mental health, which he supported. I was not interested in getting ripped or becoming a hardcore athlete. During our first meeting, Michael offered a free half-hour workout session at a nearby park to see if I was comfortable working with him. Throughout our sessions, he took every precaution to abide by COVID protocols and ensure my comfort. He designed a workout routine for me consisting of body weight exercises and cardio three times a week. On the third day, we would meet outside in the park to use his TRX bands for pulling exercises. He would check in via text a few times each week to monitor my progress. Michael proved to be a laid-back and encouraging trainer while also taking my feedback into account on days where pushing myself further would only make me ill. He was honest about his expertise, which I appreciated. As a bonus, he's also a musician who might play you something or let you choose music to determine the day's groove.

Michael is outstanding! I had the pleasure of training with him for a month, and he excelled at instructing me on the proper posture. He also assisted me in losing inches and gaining strength quickly. I would strongly suggest him to anyone seeking a great trainer.

Since January, I've had the pleasure of working with Michael and I couldn't be happier. As a first-time personal training client, I feel like I hit the jackpot with him. Michael created a workout plan that tailored to my recent back injury and personal fitness goals. Despite being inexperienced with workouts, Michael has been incredibly supportive and patient.
