Our initial plan was set for the following Thursday, but Joe informed us of availability on Saturday and promptly scheduled the appointment. Joe proved to be the perfect epitome of professionalism. We deliberated on the current system, which was instated in the building's 1997 construction. He modernized all the components and successfully conducted a speedy maintenance check before departing.
