I believe that every person has significant opportunities to improve their life. As a passionate researcher of the human mind and relationships, I utilize various methodologies to help my clients better understand their conscious and subconscious mind. I am a certified life coach and hypnotherapist, and I specialize in using Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), which combines psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, neuroscience, NLP, CBT, parts therapy, and Gestalt psychology, along with transformational coaching.

I have helped countless clients address a variety of issues, including self-esteem, anxiety, depression, phobias, physical health, fitness, and performance, among others. RTT therapy allows us to identify and remove the root cause of negative behaviors or thought patterns, and then rewire our subconscious beliefs. Coaching then helps us to understand our conscious desires and create a blueprint for achieving them.

In our sessions, I won't teach you, but instead, guide your mind to find solutions that are already within you. You will increase your self-awareness, responsibility, and self-esteem, expand your vision and potential, and develop skills that allow you to solve problems on your own.

My services include single hypnotherapy sessions for $500, single coaching sessions for $200, and a transformational package including RTT and coaching sessions for $990. All my services include free discovery calls to ensure a successful session, personalized transformational recordings, email and text access, and one-to-one check-ins after the session.
