Initially, it was peculiar that the company requested me to cancel my reservation on the app but proceeded to provide the service through text message. Although I scheduled for the service at 10 am, the cleaners didn't show up at my home until nearly noon. Despite having a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home, I only needed the cleaners to tidy up two of the bedrooms and the two bathrooms. However, I was charged $375, and the second bathroom was barely cleaned; the floor was completely filthy, and the bath was completely neglected. Even the first bathroom's glass shower remained dirty, and the floor surrounding the toilet was left untouched. Upon contacting the company's representative, I was told that the cleaners had only lightly cleaned the second bathroom due to a lack of time. The owner then offered to return and complete the incomplete cleaning for an extra $70, which I refused. I would strongly advise against utilizing this cleaning service, given their poor customer service and substandard cleaning quality.

B&B Solutions exceeded my expectations with their spectacular service! They were highly responsive and the set up process was a breeze. Despite delivering exceptional work, their prices were more than reasonable. Going forward, I plan to enlist the help of Brandon and his team not only for my real estate requirements, but also for their cleaning services. Keep up the fantastic work, guys!!!!

My 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home was impeccably cleaned by them, and I didn't have to lift a finger! Though I initially hired them for a move out clean, I plan to retain their services monthly since their charges are far more reasonable than other cleaners in my vicinity. Each person I interacted with was exceedingly courteous and ensured that all my requirements were met. If you have a plethora of additional cleaning tasks, I strongly urge you to try them out. (:
