From start to finish, my experience with this company was terrific. Scott, who was my initial contact, stayed in touch throughout my project. Kraig, who served as the project manager, was phenomenal. Their cleanliness before, during, and after the project exceeded our expectations. I want to give kudos to the entire team and thank them for giving us a superb roof.

Positives: Despite my lack of knowledge about roofing, Jacob was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was the only company willing to answer all my questions and even discussed comparisons with other services. I was completely satisfied with the end result as my roof looks fantastic. Negatives: However, my communication with the company became inconsistent once the contract was signed. I frequently had to request updates and received last-minute notices about work being done. I also had to specifically ask for the final invoice and still haven't received my warranty paperwork, which I was told would arrive 60-90 days after the installation date from GAF. Additionally, I felt uncomfortable when a worker's significant other and children were present on the job site for over an hour, which seems like a liability issue. Thankfully, the team was pulled off the site when I expressed my discomfort. Overall: Despite some communication delays due to permit work in a new county, my overall experience was enjoyable. The communication issues were eventually resolved, and I will consider myself fully satisfied once I receive my warranty paperwork.
