Working with Bill and Thalia was an absolute pleasure! They truly made our special day unforgettable by capturing every moment so perfectly. Bill was instrumental in creating the surprise proposal I had always wanted for my fiancé, capturing all the magical moments that led up to it flawlessly. But what amazed us the most was how they were able to capture our candid moments, conversations, and laughs with such creativity and a positive attitude. Bill has such a friendly and open personality that made it easy for us to follow his ideas for capturing us as a couple. He even helped our friend set up some of the props we had for the initial look which was incredibly helpful given how windy it was on the day. We were so grateful for the beautiful pictures he took of my fiancé's ring, which turned out to be one of our favorites. Despite the Texas winter weather, unforeseen personal events, and even the closure of our second location, Bill and Thalia remained flexible and made sure we had our perfect day when it worked best for us. From the initial planning process to the end of the night, they were incredibly helpful and responsive, keeping us updated on their progress and even sharing a couple of well-done "sneak peek" photos. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience with Bill and Thalia/Behind a Lens, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to capture a special moment in their life. I am extremely satisfied with the pictures taken on my wedding day! Additionally, they were quite helpful as they were able to accommodate us on such short notice...we hired them just a few days prior to the event! Their shots were amazing, with unique poses, and black and white options that I adore! They even offered us a military discount!

Bill was amazing! He perfectly captured the magic of our small courtroom wedding. He arrived promptly, efficiently scouted out ideal photography spots, and made exceptional use of the lighting and space. Even indoors, his photos were stunning. He delivered the edited photos on the same day and was responsive throughout the entire process. The only downside was that we didn't receive many close-up shots during the ceremony. Nonetheless, we were thrilled with Behind-a-lens' service and would highly recommend them for any photography needs. Best of luck!
