Benjamin arrived punctually and delivered exceptional work. He captured video footage to demonstrate the extent to which our dryer vent ducts were clogged. Due to having two dryers for a large family, the ducts had not been cleaned during the entire 19 years of our home's existence. It was unsurprising that it took multiple drying cycles to dry our laundry. The video footage showed how lint was flying out of the outside vent, highlighting just how clogged we were. Our dryers are now working much better, and our laundry only requires one cycle to dry. I highly advise not waiting too long to schedule cleaning, as having clean ducts results in a more efficient clothes dryer. While our air conditioning ducts are new, I plan on contacting this company to clean them in the future. My gratitude to this company for their excellent service. Although it cost more than I expected, a thorough cleaning was necessary after nearly two decades of neglect.
