I must say that Modern Maids stands out as the most exceptional cleaning service I have received in quite some time. I was initially hesitant to try them out since I had depended on one housekeeper for a decade. However, with two skilled cleaners dispatched to attend to my abode, Modern Maids did not fall short of delivering top-notch service, and in record time nonetheless. Without hesitation, I would happily recommend this service to my loved ones.

Despite the girls' hard work, they lacked supervision when their supervisor left for most of the day. As a result, they were unable to fully complete their tasks. They missed shelves on the cabinets, neglected to clean the tops of many items, focused on the shower enclosure doors but overlooked the tile, cleaned the bathroom counter but missed the cabinet under it, and didn't clean some baseboards and fixture globes. After addressing the issue with Modern Maids, the supervisor claimed that the house was too difficult to finish in the allotted time and suggested hiring them again. This was unacceptable since the quote was given after a thorough inspection of the house. Furthermore, the writer had to clean behind the girls once they left and found trash bags left behind the house after trash pickup day, indicating a lack of responsibility from the cleaning staff.
