Sam and the Refresh & Build team provided me with an outstanding experience! When I first met Sam, I was impressed by his gesture of taking off his shoes and appreciated his clear explanation of the process and inquiry into how much involvement I desired in the design. I opted to let him lead and he did an exceptional job. After providing him with a Pinterest board, he offered material options and efficiently managed all scheduling, inspections, and crew requirements. I was minimally involved throughout the project and am absolutely thrilled with the outcome!

My wife and I wanted to upgrade our newly purchased condo before moving in, so we arranged to meet Paul, the project manager, to discuss design ideas and cost estimates. From the outset, Paul put us at ease, offering to handle every aspect of the project, including permitting, inspection and selecting finishes. The price was fair, the work was impeccable, and the crew were punctual and professional. Lucio, the foreman, consulted us regularly on all aspects of the remodel, which made us feel involved and satisfied. The customer service was excellent, with the team even picking up materials we had ordered online. We had to move out during the renovation, but Refresh and Build kept us updated using Zoom. We are delighted with our new kitchen and two bathrooms, and have recommended this company to our parents and friends who are equally satisfied.
