Due to City Codes, this particular project proved to be rather complex. However, A Guy & A Hammer, LLC managed it proficiently. Initially, we had planned for an attached garage, but due to space and other limitations, we had to switch to a detached one. The estimate given to us was straightforward, and Tim suggested the optimal manner to ensure a successful outcome. He kept our budget in mind from start to finish, informing us in advance of any alterations to the pricing or plan. Once we finalized the agreement, the price remained fixed, unless mutually agreed upon otherwise. The team displayed a high degree of professionalism, and their diligence resulted in exceptional quality work. We received compliments from both our neighbours and the Building Inspector about the quality of their work. Every crew was courteous, timely, and mindful of our needs. We highly recommend them and will undoubtedly engage them for future projects.

The kitchen cabinet doors were prepared, given a base coat and sprayed with paint. New hardware was added and the doors were reattached. The entire task was accomplished just as guaranteed, within the estimated budget and the outcome was exceptional.
