Chuck's professionalism was exceptional; he took the time to explain everything to me instead of treating me like just another customer looking for a quote. Unfortunately, many companies tend to do that. When we wanted to do some flooring work, Chuck advised us against it as it would have been a waste of money. That kind of honesty is uncommon these days. Overall, Chuck was very reasonable and thorough in his recommendations, and we are excited to work with him again in the future.
