Charles and Mike were not only great, but also very nice and professional. They provided assistance to my mom and me during her move-out from the apartment, ensuring our safety. They arrived early at my mom's apartment and were able to accommodate our needs by working an extra hour. Although I don't usually leave reviews, I felt compelled to write one for them because of their excellent service. The company in question is not a valid security company, so as a buyer, it is important to exercise caution. According to the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services within the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs, the guard's license is no longer valid and violates the Business and Professional code.
