Levi was easy to communicate with and promptly responded to our queries. We were amazed as large items were effortlessly removed at a great price. Without a doubt, Strong Hands will be my preferred choice whenever I need help moving heavy items.

I sent a quote request for the removal of a large, heavy metal desk from my home office. Their response was prompt and they provided an estimate. During the dismantling of the desk, they were professional, courteous, and respectful. They were also punctual and left the place clean after the job was done. In case of future junk removal needs, I would definitely hire them again. I highly recommend this company.

Although the initial cost estimate was only one-third of the final expense, the team at String Hand clarified that the added expense accounted for additional materials such as paints and other supplies beyond the original scope of work. While I believe I could have received a better deal for the items I wanted to dispose of, most of which were empty boxes and items suitable for donation or sale, I urgently needed to discard them and didn't have time for a garage sale. Paying $200 (excluding the cost of paints) to dispose of items that could be discarded for free may seem steep, but the team removed all the junk from the shed in 30 minutes, leaving me feeling lighter. If I had waited to dispose of things slowly over several weeks, I may have achieved the same outcome, but it would not have been as satisfying. Thus, the final cost of $300 (including the cost of paints) was a good value for me. It was a challenging task to dispose of the paints, but the team did an excellent job, earning them a well-deserved five-star rating.

The service was excellent as they arrived towards the end of my garage sale and efficiently loaded and disposed of the remaining items!
