Due to being a single mother of two small children, I am unable to complete household chores as quickly as I would prefer. I opted to seek assistance from Toelle in regards to cleaning the carpets. They were accommodating with scheduling appointments around my availability, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process.

Punctual and efficient, he skillfully removed some stubborn stains that had us skeptical. However, the only inconvenience was the cost, which seemed a tad extravagant for the services rendered. Nonetheless, he was willing to negotiate and made a slight reduction in the amount charged. All things considered, we wouldn't mind hiring him again.

Trevor displayed exceptional professionalism and thoroughness and we were extremely satisfied with the end result. The environment was impeccably clean, sanitized, and had a delightful smell. We highly recommend his services. Additionally, he interacted with my grandparents with great care, displaying cordiality, friendliness, and patience.

After making a call, Trevor promptly arrived and efficiently cleaned all the carpets in our entire home. As a result, our carpets felt as brand new as the day they were installed! I cannot speak highly enough of his services and strongly recommend his local business. It is truly satisfying to know that we can support a local business and thoroughly appreciate the quality of their work!
