Garrett was exceptional! He arrived punctually and efficiently performed his tasks around the house while also being extremely affable and well-informed. The rates were sensible and competitive (a few demanded over $1,300 for duct cleaning). I also admire their straightforward pricing system, as opposed to other firms that offered low initial prices but later levied a variety of extra charges. Garrett, thank you for your excellent work! I'd like to see you again in the future for another project!

Our home is about 30 years old and we had never had our ducts cleaned before, resulting in excessive dust, severe allergies, and weak air output from upstairs vents that we weren't certain were connected to anything. That was when we contacted Kura. Garrett arrived on schedule and sent a message ahead of time to notify us of his arrival. He was professional, courteous, and immediately got to work. We had a great conversation, and he even informed us when a vent was particularly filthy, allowing us to witness the satisfying transformation. Garrett also provided suggestions for improving our air quality and discovered a cherished, grape-shaped magnet that our child had been seeking for months. Even after only half an hour, our house already feels fresher. We strongly suggest Kura, as our experience has been nothing short of fantastic, and we will undoubtedly use their services again.
