Providing fair and reasonable pricing is important to me, but I believe that exceptional customer service is even more crucial. I value my loyal customers and offer discounts on repairs and equipment updates. For first-time clients, I offer a free month of cleaning and military personnel receive monthly discounts.I prioritize quick response times and am available to answer calls at all times. Additionally, I am usually able to schedule a house visit within 48 hours of receiving a service request. My regular monthly fees include free chemicals and a discount of $85 for filter cleanings that typically cost $100 every six months.
In addition to weekly services that involve chemical checks, skimming, emptying baskets, dosing the pool, and ensuring the equipment is functioning correctly, I also provide acid washing and tile cleaning services.
