I received only one call back from CrackerJack, and it was from Rasul. The customer service was exceptional from the beginning.

There's no need to search any further because Duct Pros is the best professional around! Javid from Duct Pros really came through for us when we needed help. Russell and his team were quick to respond to our inquiry and set up an appointment for us that very week. When the technician arrived, he wore PPE and made sure to keep his distance due to COVID-19 - something we were grateful for. We'd never had our air ducts or dryer cleaned before, but during our appointment, the tech was incredibly thorough and taught us a lot about proper maintenance of our dryer vent and how often it should be cleaned. Duct Pros offers competitive pricing for their great services, and we're definitely planning on giving them a call again next time we need help.
