Our prices for residential cleanings typically range from $240-$700 for the initial clean, and then $140-$300 per cleaning every two weeks. Monthly cleanings are subject to a 20% increase from the bi-weekly price. Note that our prices listed on CrackerJack are a starting point, and can vary based on the scope of work and square footage.

- Washing hardwood floors to your preference

- Cleaning and dusting of baseboards, doors, frames, and furniture upholstery

- Cleaning and dusting of lamps and fixtures, including ceiling fans

Bedrooms:
- Making of the bed(s)
- Cleaning and dusting of nightstands and dressers
- Cleaning and dusting of fixtures and lamps

Kitchen:
- Cleaning and dusting of all counters and cabinets
- Cleaning of floors with mopping and sweeping
- Cleaning and dusting of sinks and fixtures
- Cleaning of all kitchen appliances, including the microwave

Bathrooms:
- Cleaning of toilets, including the inside and outside
- Cleaning of bathtubs and showers
- Cleaning and dusting of sinks and cabinets
- Sweeping, dusting, and mopping of floors
