However, we regret to inform you that we do not perform glass replacement services, but we do offer full window replacement. Our team is dedicated to guiding you through the entire project. We are a family-owned and operated multi-generational business and have recently become 100% woman-owned after the passing of our founder. We are proud to provide exceptional customer service and treat our clients like family. We offer free in-home estimates for custom-ordered windows and are certified contractors of Pella. We also accept credit cards and offer financing options to those who qualify.
We take pride in improving homes by enhancing energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal. Our goal is to keep our prices low without sacrificing the quality or service of our work. Utilizing a local manufacturer enables us to offer faster delivery, minimize freight damage and lower costs while supporting our community. Earlier this year, RDS replaced all 22 windows in my house and I'm extremely pleased with the quality of their work. Their team members were always friendly and prompt in responding to my queries throughout the entire process. I received quotes from different companies, and the prices varied greatly. However, RDS provided a reasonable quote, and I felt that their services offered the best value for the money. Working with RDS was an outstanding experience! Their team embodies promptness, professionalism, courtesy, and competitive pricing. When I had a leak in my kitchen window that resulted in some wood damage, the RDS team quickly repaired the damage to make it look like new and replaced it with a more energy-efficient window. Their installer was highly skilled, polite, respectful, and focused on customer satisfaction.
