I requested my contractor to add 7 recess lights and a light fixture. However, we encountered an issue each time we switched on the lights due to a loud buzzing noise. To resolve this, we contacted Propel who promptly sent Michael over on Monday. He identified that the recess lights were incompatible with the dimmer we installed, and upon research, we discovered that the light we bought required either an ELV or Triac dimmer, instead of the Lutron dimmer we used. My husband didn't mind changing the dinner plan, so Michael replaced the dimmer with a regular switch, and the lights worked perfectly.

We added a portable A/C unit to a bedroom, but it abruptly stopped functioning along with other electronics after 18 hours. We contacted Propel for an electrician and received a prompt response from Jen. She provided the option to schedule a consultation or send an electrician, but offered quick solutions after we expressed our situation. Thankfully, one of them worked! We're extremely impressed with Jen and Propel's sincerity and will call upon them again if necessary. No charge and the issue was resolved - it's a relief to encounter a company that truly cares and doesn't prioritize making a quick profit.
