Greetings!
Are you a Birth Parent or Adoptee seeking assistance in locating your biological family? Do you require assistance with a Family Research project or comprehending your DNA results? Whether you need basic advice or help with the entire project - we have ample experience and are experts in solving puzzles. Allow us to assist you - we're here for you!
Here's how we operate:
- Upon connection, we will furnish a comprehensive questionnaire and template for you to complete with details on your family tree. The more information you provide, the more efficiently we can assist you; however, don't be concerned if you have little knowledge - it is frequently the case for adoption cases. You will also need to provide access to your DNA outcomes and any FamilyTrees you have produced.
- It's critical to understand that, despite the research effort expended, sometimes an answer simply can't be found with the available information. Genealogy research is similar to fishing - even with the best equipment, bait, and location, some days there are simply no fish. While we guarantee that we'll get you as close as possible, we'll provide you with a list of Next Steps to further your investigation over time.
- Each project is unique, and we promise that we will utilize every tool at our disposal to find the answers you're seeking and will provide you with a comprehensive Research Tree and Family Booklet suitable for printing and presenting at the conclusion of the project.
- Our basic fee to research a single unknown parent is $2000, which includes a discounted rate of up to 25 hours of professional research and analysis. There may be some economies of scale involved in researching these cases, so we can provide a discount for a second concurrent investigation, and we are happy to offer any additional promotions available when booking your project. Let us work with you to estimate the cost for your specific situation.
- Turnaround time is around four to eight weeks for longer, more involved projects, with projects without DNA results potentially taking longer. We require 50% of the project cost upfront and the balance halfway through. If the project is less than ten hours, we bill in full at the project's start due to the quick turnaround. We also provide PayPal extended terms, so you have the option to pay over time if desired. Let us know if you require further information.
- Our fee covers the time required to construct a Research Tree, locate, store and analyze supporting records within all the research venues we utilize, a standard Gedcom export of the Research Tree, and a comprehensive Family Booklet with images of relevant records suitable for printing or presenting. The research venues we utilize include ancestry.com, myheritage.com, familysearch.org, johngrenham.com, rootsireland.ie, irishgenealogy.ie, and numerous other specialist databases. Any expenses incurred to purchase original certified copies of birth/death/marriage certificates or other documents you request, as well as any associated handling fees, will be invoiced on a monthly basis.
- We are also available for project work starting at a rate of $100 per hour in 5-hour increments, with a minimum of five hours.
Let's see how we can collaborate to achieve your objectives - we've played a vital role in reuniting dozens of Adoptees with their Birth parents, and every success warms our hearts! Our clients' satisfaction is crucial to us, so partnering with you would make us just as happy! ❤️😊

Finding Catherine was a true blessing. She completed a difficult search for me with ease. I was immediately confident in her professional abilities and her willingness to help retrieve necessary information.
Catherine was already ahead of me in my search, which was incredibly helpful. She was able to complete my final report promptly, bringing me a flood of joy and gratitude.
I want to express my appreciation and admiration for Catherine's incredible work. She clearly loves what she does and brings a tremendous gift to others.
My father struggled for years with our family's genealogy, but with Catherine's help, I plan to add the missing pieces to his chart. Although I am currently busy, I know that we will have more opportunities to work together in the future.
While not a direct descendant, I was excited to discover a link to Georg Walton, the furthest signer of the Declaration of Independence, who later became governor of Florida. My grandmother was named after his great-granddaughter, a notable Mobil socialite.
I am so grateful to have found Catherine and her valuable assistance.
Warmest regards,
David Jenkins

In just a matter of minutes since I sent my inquiry, Christine provided me with a prompt response and finished the task two days earlier than her initial estimate. Apart from her extensive research on my great uncle, she also discovered crucial information about his siblings. She was not only efficient and meticulous, but she also demonstrated genuine kindness and interest towards my family. Without a doubt, I will hire her again for future genealogy work and strongly endorse her to others.

My wife and I began working with Ms. Christine Davis in October of 2021, and since today is March 10th of 2022, we have been working with her for approximately four months. We are happy to express our appreciation for our experience working with Ms. Davis, which we found both enjoyable and rewarding. Ms. Davis operates the business "DavisDNA & Family Research," and although we contracted her for genealogical research, our relationship with her felt more like working with a dear friend.
Throughout our work together, Ms. Davis demonstrated exceptional communication skills, keen listening abilities, and patience when answering even our most frequently asked questions. She approached all our inquiries in a professional manner and provided us with regular updates on her findings. We were impressed with Ms. Davis's impressive business acumen, as she quickly generated a comprehensive list of findings following the establishment of our working contract, which outlined the issues we wanted investigated, deadlines, budget, and other details. Despite the overwhelming volume of information Ms. Davis uncovered, she organized everything into a highly readable, visually appealing format.
Moreover, we couldn't be more pleased with the final product Ms. Davis delivered! We intend to share the booklets she produced as Christmas gifts with our family members. Her research revealed numerous articles and even photographs spanning back centuries, adding significantly to our family's history's colorful story. Ms. Davis's work helped us discover long-lost family members while uncovering hitherto unknown aspects of our genealogy in both Finland and France.
To say the least, Ms. Davis's work exceeded our expectations, and we can think of no downside to either her methods or the product she delivered. Over the course of four months, we found ourselves increasingly delighted as she continued unearthing unexpected details from our history. It has been an enlightening and enjoyable experience working with Ms. Davis.
Sincerely,
Bill and Kandy Williams

Our family's genealogy research was impeccably handled by Christine. She managed to fill in the gaps and complete partial family tales that had previously reached a dead end, shattering long-standing family legends. Her work was thorough and detailed.
Thanks to Christine's efforts, the mystery surrounding my father's father's family and his birth has been solved. I have discovered a host of previously unknown half-siblings, as well as new first and second cousins.
Perhaps most crucially, with the information Christine provided, I can now trace the health concerns that I carry and will potentially pass on to my offspring.
