From the beginning until the end, the service provided was outstanding. Despite our time constraints due to ongoing exterior work, we were grateful that our project was accepted. The selection process was a delight as the staff were friendly, well-informed, and honest. The installation was prompt, and the aftermath was thoroughly cleaned up. Previously, we had stationary windows of supposedly "high quality" dating back to 1974. Now, we replaced them with double slider windows, which not only tripled energy efficiency but also enhanced the appearance and functionality of our property.
