After reaching out to a few moving companies, JD's was the first to respond and offered the most competitive prices. Communication was excellent and the crew members who assisted me were not only kind but also knowledgeable - one of them even provided helpful tips on how to use my new lawn mower! They even went out of their way to deliver it from Idaho Falls. Overall, my experience with this company was fantastic.

This team was amazing. They arrived and provided assistance throughout the entire process of unloading my moving truck.

The only issue we encountered was during the initial phone call. The representative I spoke with appeared to have forgotten the amount of items we needed to transport, despite me providing them with a comprehensive description. Consequently, a larger truck had to be arranged, which caused an hour delay. Although J J and Cori were skilled professionals, we did experience a delay of approximately three hours due to their prior engagement. The root of the problem lay with the individual who handled our booking, as they failed to relay the correct information to our drivers and scheduled them for their subsequent appointment too soon. Other than this, the service was excellent.

I had cumbersome pieces of furniture to relocate within the week's end. JD'S Haul was initially unavailable, but they rearranged their schedule to meet my requirements. They were punctual and a delight to collaborate with.
