Hello, 5 months ago, I began my fitness journey with svnp. I was in search of a personal trainer to assist me in achieving my fitness goals, which included increasing my strength, building muscle, and improving my endurance. Fortunately, I stumbled upon the svnp team, who have helped guide me towards reaching my objectives. During my training sessions, their focus was always centered on my goals, whilst educating me on the proper use of gym equipment. Del and Froy are exceptional trainers who are passionate about coaching individuals on correct techniques, answering any questions, and assisting in achieving one's objectives. They were reliable and always motivated me to push past my limits during my training sessions. One of my training sessions included my father-in-law, who had never before stepped foot in a gym. Although I was initially apprehensive about him lifting and utilizing gym equipment at his age, Del was always present, guiding and watching over him during his sessions. My father-in-law's posture and lifting technique improved significantly, thanks to Del's exceptional coaching. I am grateful to Del for instilling confidence in him and inspiring him to take an interest in fitness.
