At Svetness, our in-home personal trainers aim to make exercising convenient, accessible and thrilling! We bring the fitness trainer right to your doorstep, whether it's your home, office, apartment or community gym, favorite park, hiking trail or even the beach! Personalising workout sessions to cater to our clients' fitness goals is our forte.Our team strongly believes that being busy or unable to go to the gym must not hinder anyone from leading a healthy lifestyle. Hence, we offer a complimentary meal plan, developed by our certified nutritionist, to all our clients along with the training services. All our in-home personal trainers are certified, background-checked and insured through the company.
Additional information: It's good to know that you don't require any equipment at your home or office to get a fantastic workout with our personal trainers.

Out of all the trainers I've encountered, Stephen is undoubtedly the most exceptional. He possesses intelligence, kindness, determination, extensive knowledge, and a pleasant personality. My case is quite complex, but with his blend of physical therapy expertise and training skills, he has astounded me with his remarkable strategies for strength training. He has gone the extra mile to devise various programs which have produced outstanding results. I couldn't have asked for a better coach.

Since joining Svetness, I have had the pleasure of working with Brian, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with my experience. Brian is exceptional at personalizing my training sessions, taking the time to know my fitness goals and integrating them into every workout. Additionally, he consistently develops innovative exercises and introduces new equipment to keep things exciting. During our sessions, Brian goes above and beyond, ensuring that my technique is correct, providing me with handouts that include pictures and instructions, making exercise modifications if necessary, and frequently checking in throughout the week to help me stay motivated and continue training between our appointments. I appreciate that each workout is more challenging than the last, providing me with the necessary motivation to complete my fitness journey.

Things are going well! Tim, my trainer, is fantastic - I've already had two sessions with him. He's incredibly motivational and reachable via text. Overall, I'm really pleased with the program.
