In my opinion, this is a question that relies heavily on personal perspective. That being said, my approach to Design has always been unconventional. Before starting any project, I make a point of getting to know my client on a personal level. This involves taking the time to understand their personality, preferences, and unique traits. Once I feel confident in the direction I want to take, I start by focusing on the background before layering in the middle. Unlike most designers who begin planning from the middle, I find that this method creates an effortless and inviting interior that is both comfortable and relaxing. Ultimately, this is key to what makes any interior design project successful.In terms of what I find most rewarding about my work, I would have to say that it's the opportunity to meet and collaborate with people from all over the world. Over the course of my 25-year career, I have learned so much from so many interesting individuals, and it's something that continues to inspire and motivate me every single day.

Working with Keith was an absolute pleasure. My husband and I had been longing to update the main living area of our South Florida home and Keith delivered exactly what we were hoping for.
With Keith's help, our home now has a trendy, upscale NYC vibe. He curated all of the furniture and window treatments while installing fresh lighting and new carpeting throughout. Keith also transformed the walls and introduced a vibrant color scheme throughout the space. We couldn't be more thrilled with the results. The space feels incredibly livable for our young son, yet completely ideal for entertaining.
Keith even created a designated play area for our son, which can be tucked away when we have guests over. As a native New Yorker, Keith intuitively understood what we were looking for and managed to exceed our expectations with little guidance. His creativity, resourcefulness and ability to understand his client's needs is truly remarkable. We'll definitely be reaching out to Keith when it's time to tackle our next project in our larger home. :)

About a month ago, I engaged A. Keith Powell Interior to assist with the design of my new home currently under construction. When I stumbled across his website and perused his previous projects, I knew that he was the perfect designer for the job. His attention to detail, fervency in his projects, and knack for design without overdoing it were all evident. Upon meeting Keith face-to-face, I received further confirmation of his talent. He possesses an intrinsic understanding of what a home requires, as well as an acute awareness of the client's preferences. He is never bereft of ideas and boasts an extensive pool of contacts. Keith is always attainable for inquiries and almost always has an answer. I'm anxious to witness Keith's additional concepts and blueprints for our home as we prepare to bring our dream house to fruition over the coming months.
