Discovering Darin was a remarkable experience! He promptly replied to my quest and fixed my project schedule with utmost swiftness. My project entailed replacing the carpet with vinyl wood resembling floors in two bedrooms covering an area of over 300sq ft.

In late September, we were in a time crunch to have our carpet replaced. To ensure we were getting the best deal, I received four different quotes. Darin's quote was slightly more expensive than the others, but he promised to complete the job in only two days, rather than the typical 4-6. Additionally, he was able to begin as soon as our floor material came in. We chose Darin, impressed with his efficiency and urgency. The team did an excellent job on three bedrooms, totaling about 500 sq. ft. They removed the old carpet and baseboards, installed vinyl flooring, new baseboards, and transitioning strips. They even cleaned up after themselves! We were particularly concerned with mold and chemicals, so we purchased greenguard certified floor and wood baseboard. Darin even accommodated us by getting 0 VOC white paint for the baseboard. Darin and his team were professional, efficient, and smart. They moved all furniture to one side of the room and began ripping and installing half of the room, then repeating the process on the other side. They found some mold in a closet near our laundry area; fortunately, John on Darin's team had worked for a restoration company dealing with mold. He examined the area and knew exactly what to do. Although there were a couple of small marks on some vinyl planks, Darin was quick to address the issue and promptly re-did the finished area without any hesitation. We were impressed by how quickly the team completed the job, finishing in just over a day and a half. We paid the down payment through Zelle and the remainder by check. While we were pleased with the overall experience, we did notice a few awkward spots a few days later. Although Darin promised to fix it, he hasn't done so yet. It's not a huge issue for us, but it could be an area for improvement in the future. Overall, we had a good experience with Darin's team and would happily use them again. In fact, our neighbor is already considering using them when they replace their carpet.

If it were possible, I would choose all five options without hesitation! Darin and Andrew were by far the best decision I have ever made when it comes to home improvement. It is truly regrettable that I can only rate them with five stars instead of a higher number. From start to finish, they were consistently punctual, professional, and pleasant – qualities that are difficult to come by these days. The cost of their services was comparable to that of a big box store, which I had initially considered. However, the store's warranty rules prevented them from proceeding beyond the materials purchase stage, leaving me stuck until I contacted Darin. He promptly responded to my request and generously squeezed me in earlier than planned due to a cancellation. Additionally, he went above and beyond by assisting me with a minor issue that I had been struggling with, which definitely put a smile on my face. Thanks to their exceptional workmanship, my condo's three rooms now have amazing new floors that I absolutely adore! The workmanship was impeccable, especially considering that the project was originally initiated by a handyman friend who was constrained by time and did not do the job perfectly. I will undoubtedly seek Darin and Andrew's assistance for any future projects. Wishing you both the very best and hoping that all of your dreams come true!
