Obinna Nwagboso owns RAD Images Inc. (RI), an events services company that provides general photographic/videographic work and disk jockeys for individuals, families, organizations, and commercial enterprises. With 10 years of experience as a freelance portrait and events photographer in New York City, Obinna's passion for photography grew from a tender age of 8 when he began capturing people's special moments. Finally, the urge by family and friends have paid off with the establishment of this business that is client-based and works round-the-clock based on the clients' needs. The goal of RAD Images is to anticipate the photography needs of families and professional individuals and create a service with a touch of quality and personal customer relationships, in response to those needs. The party was ruined by his incompetence and lack of professionalism, causing great disappointment to the 200 guests in attendance. Despite having been provided with all the details of the program, he failed to carry it out adequately, leaving the performance of the three professional singers, who had traveled from NYC, in jeopardy. It was evident that he lacked the technical skills to operate the mixer and provide reverb effects, making the performance of the singer sound awful. Additionally, he failed to bring the lighting equipment and MC he was supposed to provide. He didn't know how to engage the audience and make the program enjoyable, leaving guests unable to hear the speeches.
Despite having agreed to a fee of $300 for a three-hour event, he remained for an extra 40 minutes and demanded a fee of $500 instead of the agreed-upon $400. Although he claimed to require an hour of setup time, the party had begun at 6:30 pm, and he had been requested to be there at 5:30, leaving him ample time to prepare. His lack of decorum was evident throughout the event, further ruining the experience for everyone. We would never recommend him to anyone based on this experience.
