Annie is an exceptional trainer, who has helped me tremendously. Initially, I lacked any fitness experience, and during the quarantine, I gained an extra 15 pounds, felt weak and had constant back pain. However, since commencing training with Annie, I've witnessed significant improvements. My legs are now more defined, I'm capable of lifting 50+ pounds, my back fat has significantly reduced, and I feel fantastic overall. Annie motivated me to return to the gym in a manner that was favorable to my body! Following some previous injuries, I was having difficulty and assumed that I could no longer engage in weightlifting. I highly recommend working with Annie as she is an incredible trainer.
