When attempting to replace the aging shower caulking, I unknowingly caused water damage to the baseboards on either side of the bathroom wall. Seeking a repair quote, one handyman claimed the shower was extensively damaged and recommended a costly renovation ranging from $10-20k. Seeking a second opinion, I contacted eco-green for their assessment. They determined the root of the issue was the shower sweep and swiftly fixed it, resealed the shower, and replaced the ruined baseboards for a significantly lower price than the initial quote.

Initially, I intended to give this team a great review but unfortunately, their lack of professionalism made it difficult. Here are the PROs: they completed the job, used the correct color, offered a $100 discount when my neighbor joined the project and finished the project quickly. However, there are more CONs: their communication was terrible- they never responded on time, they made mistakes with our window trims and had to come back twice to fix their work. They missed areas in our walls and forgot to paint our house numbers. When I communicated the issues to the owner, she took no responsibility and only made excuses. Overall, their performance was poor and as a result, I cannot recommend them. Hopefully, they will use this review as a way to improve and take responsibility for their work.
