When my wife and I decided to look for a TV wall installation for our bedroom, Derrick promptly contacted us after we put out a request for a quote. We were pleased to find out that he was available the very next day for the installation. Derrick suggested that we purchase the wall mount from a local warehouse store and this turned out to be a cost-effective solution.
On the day of the installation, Derrick arrived with an assistant named Diondra. He explained his work process and helped us choose the perfect spot for the TV. With years of experience as a Best Buy Geek Squad contractor, Derrick completed the installation quickly and skillfully. He also tidied up everything and ensured our satisfaction.
We had a great time conversing with Derrick and Diondra during the installation process and would definitely contact them again for installing security cameras.

The technician arrived promptly to install the floodlights. Although the installation proved to be challenging, I was grateful for his perseverance in resolving the issues and successfully completing the task. In hindsight, it would have been beneficial to have undergone the complete setup process of scanning the QR code. It was discovered that the QR code can only be scanned by the camera on the floodlights, which are positioned at a height of 15 feet above ground level. As I do not have a ladder available, I will need to employ another handyman to finish the installation in its entirety. Nonetheless, I am content that the lights are now operational.

Derrick is exceptional. I required installation of security cameras which I had mistakenly bought earlier. He accompanied me to Home Depot and advised me on the appropriate cameras to purchase. Despite the changeable weather condition outside, he and his assistant professionally installed the cameras swiftly. I found them to be courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I am exceedingly satisfied with his services and will certainly transact business with him again in the future.
