Punctuality: Greg is prompt at every session, except in unforeseeable circumstances, like accidents or unexpected traffic. In such cases, he sends a text updating on the estimated time of arrival, which is a rarity in most home services. Professionalism: Greg is not only a consummate professional but also creates a friendly atmosphere that puts you at ease. As a personal trainer who comes to your home, Greg ensures absolute professionalism with utmost courtesy and respect. He holds a degree in personal training and has worked with elite athletes, so you are assured of expert knowledge. Workouts: Greg tailors your workouts to your fitness level after conducting fitness tests. The exercises vary in every session, keeping you engaged and excited. The workouts are rigorous but exhilarating, and you get to see progress with each session. Progress: Greg notes your body composition at the onset and checks in with you regularly.
