In my personal journey towards self-improvement, I discovered a deep-seated passion for health, fitness, and guiding others towards their goals. With 13 years of experience, a BS in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology, and a nationally accredited certification, I am equipped to offer personal training services to individuals or groups. These sessions can take place in your home, at my private gym, your gym (if you have access), or online. Additionally, I provide personalized nutrition recommendations to optimize performance, recovery, fat loss, muscle building, and prevent muscle wasting, as well as supplement suggestions. Please note that a fee of $10-20 will apply to packages that require travel.
