I chose this unique and memorable celebration to enjoy a hassle-free experience with my loved one. Working with Erik was a breeze, as he was receptive and accommodated all my requests for an ideal dinner. While I provided some guidelines for the meal, Erik's ingenious recipes were all wonderfully executed and exceeded my expectations. The convenience of having someone prepare, serve, and clean up after dinner without any mess left behind was truly an awesome experience. We savored the delicious food that we so thoroughly enjoyed that we slept soundly after our feast. This was a perfect evening that we will cherish for a long time to come.

As a food enthusiast, I had an incredible experience in New Orleans for my Life-day celebration. I decided to hire personal chef St Erik to prepare a bespoke dinner for my guests and it turned out to be the best decision ever! Chef St Erik was involved in the entire planning process and kept in constant communication. On the day of the event, he arrived promptly and prepared the meal in-house. He and his assistant dressed the table, served our food, and cleaned up after themselves, bringing their own cookware and serve ware. Chef St Erik was professional and had an excellent demeanor that made the experience even better. And let's not forget about the food! The meal consisted of a simple salad, salmon, lamb, risotto, and a chocolate birthday cake. Hands down, the dishes were simply amazing - the salmon was seasoned perfectly, the lamb was incredibly tender and flavorful, the risotto was cooked to perfection, and the cake was moist and delicious!
