Our family piano, which had not been tuned for more than two decades, was expertly serviced by Mike. He arrived punctually, exuded warmth, and displayed a deep understanding of his craft. Mike did a phenomenal job, and I would gladly seek his services once more and endorse him to my acquaintances.

Our over-a-century-old upright piano is colossal and hasn't been tuned in ten years. Although it holds up pretty well for its age, presently it sounds spectacular. Mr. Eggehorn's tuning and playing taught me a lot. Furthermore, I am grateful that he went above and beyond to track down a challenging-to-find metal pin that had fallen onto the soundboard, producing sympathetic vibrations in one of the keys.

His thorough understanding of every aspect of my piano is truly admirable. Moreover, the additional services he suggested were recommended with sincerity and empathy. Following his advice, I upgraded my services, and I'm extremely content with the result- my piano's tune and pitch are exceptional!

Discovering Mike once more after more than 20 years was a thrill, following a recommendation from my piano instructor in the latter part of the 1990s. Since then, our piano had not undergone tuning until Mike's arrival. Assisted by his proficiency and years of practice, our piano now sounds as good as new.
