Despite giving the company a glowing 5-star review following the estimate visit due to the technician's politeness, knowledge, and consideration, I unfortunately encountered issues when attempting to schedule the service. When contacting the company by phone, I was informed that the individual needed to consult with a supervisor before booking the appointment, and I was promised a return call. Regrettably, I received no call back and, after phoning again, I was told that my request would be checked and a follow-up call returned. Despite being given three assurances of a return call, it has now been well over a month and I am still without an appointment. Although it was only a minor project, the company never stated that they were unable to complete it. As someone who values promptness and efficiency, I am disappointed by the company's failure to honor their promises and their subsequent waste of my time.
