We understand that selling a home can be an emotional journey. Letting go of a beloved home can be daunting and overwhelming, as packing boxes become a reminder of the change that lies ahead. When we first met our clients at 2220 N. Valley Street in Burbank, we were surprised to find an empty living room, thinking they were set to move on - until we stepped into the family room. This room held years of memories, from dusty Christmas decorations to never-used dog Halloween costumes. Our clients were drowning in a sea of cardboard boxes, unsure of where to start. We knew we had to help.

At this stage, we excel. We went above and beyond, spending an entire month helping our clients declutter, discard, pack, and price items for a garage sale. This process allowed us to get to know our clients and the house intimately. We held the garage sale the weekend before the Open House - a simple yet effective way of introducing ourselves to the neighborhood and offering a sneak peek of the property to potential buyers.

We were not paid for this additional work, but we know it was worth it. Our efforts forged a strong bond with our clients, and we still keep in touch with them, even though they have moved to Tennessee. In addition, our hard work paid off with a referral from a neighbor who had two properties to sell. We believe that when we give our best, it always comes back to us in wonderful ways.
