Luan successfully eliminated the popcorn ceilings in my residence and fixed any needed areas of the sheetrock. He then applied a fresh layer of knockdown texture to most of my home. Despite his busy schedule, Luan managed to complete my project on time. Initially, he offered me a reasonable price which remained unchanged upon completion of the job, without any attempts to overcharge me. The knockdown texture he applied was smaller and more sophisticated than the typical industrial machine method and I preferred it that way. Luan proved to be polite and professional, promptly responding to all of my questions regarding the work. He displays an immense amount of knowledge and was a pleasure to work with.
