We provide personalized mind body movement and healing sessions in Boulder, tailored to your busy and active lifestyle. Our offerings include Yoga, Yoga Hikes, Pilates, Reiki, Restorative Yoga, Guided Meditation, and Yoga Nidra. Our sessions are designed to alleviate stress and anxiety, improve overall fitness, enhance flexibility, strength, and core connection. By taking part in our sessions, you'll be able to enjoy activities like running, climbing, and hiking more fully, as your body and mind will feel more agile, refreshed, and capable.

Furthermore, our sessions can help you overcome limiting beliefs, sleep better, and cultivate a sense of happiness, centering, and productivity in your daily life. With over ten years of full-time teaching experience in NYC, plus a Master's in Journalism from Columbia University, and a Senior Editor position at Yoga Journal, I'm uniquely qualified to help you reach your goals and feel empowered in your life. You can select multiple modalities to create a bespoke session that caters to your specific needs and goals, and I'm fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (which not all teachers are!) and am happy to wear a mask if you prefer.

Through my work, my clients have reported feeling more relaxed, productive, and focused. Many have even experienced significant breakthroughs, such as an energy rejuvenation that propels them towards new career opportunities and happier relationships, as well as a healthier, more peaceful relationship with themselves. Through our sessions together, I have gained an immense amount of knowledge from Bria. She is an attentive and proficient instructor who provides me with valuable feedback to enhance my practice.
