Hello, my name is Bri. I am an avid yogi with a strong desire for knowledge. For the past three years, I have taught yoga and completed over 700 hours of certified yoga teacher trainings. I felt that 200 hours of training was not enough, especially when it came to learning about the anatomy and biomechanics of yoga. I am always eager to learn more as I continue on my yoga journey.

My specialty is Rasa yoga, which emphasizes intentional breathing, connecting to your heart, and aligning your body in unison. I teach a variety of yoga styles, including vinyasa, yoga therapeutics, and restorative yoga. With my extensive knowledge of the body, I prioritize safe and healthy biomechanics and provide clear alignment cues with explanations for why I am giving those cues.

Yoga is much more than just a physical practice to me; it's a lifestyle. The physical practice helps me deeply connect with my own heart's desires.

I began teaching with private students and found this to be the most rewarding experience. One-on-one sessions allow me to ask direct questions and give focused attention to individual needs, especially for those with injuries. Private lessons are also ideal for those who have specific poses they want to work on and want to understand small but effective cues to enhance their daily practice.

I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals, whether it's strength, flexibility, or building confidence. Yoga is a transformative practice, and growth is inevitable on the yoga path.

For private students in the greater Seattle or Snohomish county area, I am willing to travel to you. I also offer zoom online private yoga as well as group classes, with slightly discounted rates for zoom sessions. Prices range from $100-$200 per private lesson, depending on group size, and vary for group classes. Please note a 24-hour cancellation policy and a .70 cent mileage fee for private sessions.
