My top priority as a performer is to create beautiful and meaningful moments at your event through music. To achieve this, I offer my clients a range of options including solo violin, violin and piano duo, string duo, trio, quartet, and more. Additionally, I cater to various musical genres such as classical, pop, folk, Disney, and movie classics to ensure your vision for your event is perfectly met. Incorporating listening, repetition, skill development, games, and home practice training, each lesson is designed to enhance communication and social skills, attention span, and compassion with each student. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in music, and having been a Suzuki-trained violin teacher for over a decade, I have taught extensively in music schools throughout Colorado, Arkansas, and Southern California. I take pleasure in exploring different musical genres and customize private lessons to cater to individual goals and needs. Meeting Madeleine was a stroke of luck when my daughter started learning the violin in second grade. Her patience, encouragement, and boundless enthusiasm made all the difference. Though I wasn't sure my daughter would stick with it, she did - thanks to Madeleine. Even when COVID struck, Madeleine adapted quickly, switching to remote lessons via Zoom, which were just as effective as in-person lessons, if not more so. Madeleine's skill as a teacher was undeniable.
In addition to her abilities as an educator, Madeleine is a gifted musician in her own right. When she played alongside my daughter, it brought tears to my eyes - the music was always so beautifully rendered. She made learning an enjoyable experience, incorporating note reading and songs from the Suzuki book, as well as more mainstream music. Always focused on the positive, Madeleine gave my daughter the confidence to believe in herself and her abilities.
Thanks in no small part to Madeleine's guidance, my daughter is now playing in an intermediate concert orchestra in the sixth grade. Her mentorship has been invaluable, and having Madeleine as her violin teacher has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Madeleine was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. She came highly recommended by a friend who had booked her for their anniversary party. Madeleine organized a string quartet, which consisted of herself, a violinist, a cellist, and a violist, and went above and beyond to learn the songs we requested. She suggested additional pieces that perfectly complemented our chosen selection. The group's professionalism and punctuality were exceptional. We were thrilled with their performance; it was beautiful. Since then, I've been enthusiastically recommending Madeleine to friends planning weddings or other significant occasions.
