What I love about the IT industry is the daily challenge that comes with it. As a U.S. Marine Corps Information Technology Specialist, I have constructed networks of varying sizes, ranging from 50 users to up to 12,000 users, by utilizing Cisco equipment like routers, multi-layer switches, and firewalls. As a helpdesk technician, I have also repaired various types of computers and printers, including Lenovo, HP, Dell, Apple, Brother, and Xerox. I have also built desktop and laptop computers, as well as servers. In my role as a Systems Administrator, I have established domains and forests in a Windows 2000, 2003, and 2008 environment and have built Windows Exchange environments to provide electronic mail services to users. As a website developer, I have created front-end designs using HTML 5, CSS 3, PHP, and javascript.
