Despite discovering additional damage caused by one of my faulty windows, Steve and his crew still managed to do a fantastic job. They were so great that I had to prompt them to take a break for lunch. I strongly recommend them not just for their excellent work, but also for their impressive attention to detail. They were able to replace a total of 7 windows within a day, even though they had to perform extra window structure repairs.

Our upstairs bedroom was quite cold, but thanks to Steve's ingenious insulation plan, three areas around the room were effectively insulated, without breaking the bank. As soon as he finished, the draftiness disappeared, and we could feel the difference. Steve's communication throughout the process was excellent, making it easy for me to observe the work firsthand and through the pictures he shared with me.
