I conveyed my requirements, and we confirmed the pricing and other specifics. The day before the service, Toni contacted me to reaffirm the appointment, demonstrating her commitment to the task. As a first-time user, I was impressed when they arrived on time, or even a few minutes early, and walked through the house with me to ensure they understand exactly what I needed. They then began their work, and the three-person team was efficient and effective. As a result of their excellent service, I am keen to use them again, especially as I have a teenage son and pets with a propensity to make a mess! Well done!
